The Powerline P1X Home Gym with Optional Leg Press Station

The Powerline P1X Home Gym is a compact unit with the basic exercises. It is one of the few cheap gyms that offer a leg press station as an optional attachment.

The Gym

Exercises for this single stack multi home gym include chest & shoulder presses, lat pull down, rows, leg curl, and leg extension. It features multiply adjustments for the seat and press arms, and has a selector pin to adjust the weights. The leg press (optional) can be mounted on either side of the gym.

The Powerline P1X single stack home gym has ergonomically correct press arms to allow the user to experience natural arm movement throughout the exercise. For the frame and components, you get a pre-welded frame, high strength 1.5” x 3.25” oval tubing, sealed bearings at all pivot points, nylon coated steel cables, and fiberglass reinforced nylon pulleys.

It is also designed to be easy to assemble though it will take a few hours. The lowest price you’ll find for the Powerline P1X is at Amazon. It’s a good deal – if the light weight works for you. A 160-lb stack is too light for many men whose fitness level can be described as average or above average. It would be crazy to buy the poorer quality Powerline P1X home gym with a one-year warranty for $799, when you can get a Body Solid Single Stack Home Gym with lifetime warranty for $829.
