The Buzz

The cables and pulleys are all connected to the single weight stack. This configuration creates varying weight ratios throughout the system: without changing the selector pin in the stack, the weight will be felt to be higher or lower than the actual resistance depending on which station you are using. For example: 100 lbs on the high pulley is 1:1 ratio, but the same 100 lbs on the leg developer would equal 150 lbs of actual weight resistance.
